It is genuinely the worst timing in human history.
The fix is not complicated though. It is not a fancy app, a morning routine with seventeen steps, or a journal shaped like a lighthouse. It is coffee. Specifically, it is getting that energy and sharpness working for you before midnight becomes your personal productivity hour.
